Please follow this link to return your item or order to Everlast –  Everlast Returns

You may return any item purchased from Everlast for a refund for any reason within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Everlast Customer Service team.

Only items purchased from website can be returned through this process.

Everlast Returns

Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. 

All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Everlast reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not a condition deemed acceptable.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Everlast prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. 

Everlast cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers keeps their tracking information safe.

With all returns, your order number must be written on the package. Returns will not processed without this.

Please ensure the package is being sent to the correct address for all returns.

Shipments received without orders numbers on the package will be returned to sender. Shipments received without an order number on the package will be returned at the senders expense.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. 

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. 

Returns of items that were not purchased through website cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchase for instructions on returns.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. 

Can you rush an order?

Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. 

All 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders must be placed online by 12:00PM CST to ensure same day shipping.
